1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RunSound ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. RunSound is operated by RunSound ("we", "us", or "our") at run-sound.com.
2. Description of Service
RunSound is an AI-powered marketing automation platform for music artists. The Service automatically generates TikTok carousel content, including images, text overlays, and hook copy, and schedules this content for posting via connected social media accounts. The Service integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok, Spotify, and Postiz.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must provide accurate information including your artist name, TikTok handle, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Service to post content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
- Upload or provide content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to manipulate streaming numbers, followers, or engagement metrics through fraudulent means
- Use the Service to post spam, misleading, or deceptive content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you provide to RunSound, including your music, images, and artist information. By using the Service, you grant RunSound a non-exclusive license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
AI-generated content (hook texts, image compositions) produced by the Service on your behalf becomes your property upon generation. RunSound retains no claim to content generated for your campaigns.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok, Spotify, and OpenAI. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. RunSound is not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of these third-party services.
TikTok requires that a human confirm each post before it is published. RunSound creates draft posts in your TikTok inbox; you are responsible for reviewing and publishing each post.
7. Subscription and Billing
RunSound is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RunSound does not guarantee specific results including stream growth, follower increases, or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RunSound shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
